    Very poor service there is no lock for door, bad smell,no response, room service person is drunk, no break fast but they are charging,no water facility in bathroom, it's horrible experience, it's not for family

    I never seen like this hotel , very very poor condition of Rome and bathroom cleaning, food , no one available in front desk, my humble request please avoid this hotel,

    We didn’t have nice experience i booked for my friends family the lift is not working and rooms are not clean and we asked for change in room but none provided overall i will not recommend for a family

    The stay in platinum arrow hub was terrible, we booked suit rooms but they don't even have suit room they changed our room 1st then around 1pm at night there was no current we asked at the lobby they didn't give proper response after 3 hours we fighter there to change our rooms at 3. 30pm they again changed our rooms it was filthy bathroom was a nightmare it looks like a public toilet.

    I have offered 3 to 4 rooms in sin-gal pay. Each room heaved it's own problems but hotel management has no problems. We were surprised and we enjoyed our time in our own hyundai creta with a/c. So i love sooo much platinum are o hub how not to manage hotel or hospitality service.
